Minimum controls
- Verify document authority and date.
- Preserve a retrievable version and cryptographic hash where available.
- Extract one bounded observation with an exact locator.
- Apply a named active rule and derive sufficiency.
- Record limitations, review date, roles, and publication state.
Rejection boundary
Marketing language, discovery snippets, and unsupported inference cannot silently become admitted evidence.
