# Known Limitations

Last reviewed: 2026-07-26

- Category coverage is three governed funds (KMLM, DBMF, CTA); it remains a small, deliberately-paced sample, not comprehensive category coverage.
- CTA's classifications derive from a single preserved primary document (its SEC summary prospectus); independent Statement of Additional Information corroboration is a recorded future-review item, and its management mode is intentionally left unclassified because the reviewed source does not state active management explicitly.
- The five active ECS rules cover only narrow founding cases, not the full ontology.
- The synthetic fixture proves mechanics only and is not evidence of production research quality.
- ETFCTA provides no investment recommendation, suitability judgment, performance forecast, or real-time data.
- Classifications will depend on public disclosures and may not reveal proprietary implementation details.
- Absence of disclosure does not establish absence of a feature.
- Signal horizon, counterparties, collateral, and other dimensions may remain unknown.
- Preservation backup and restore procedures are specified but not yet production-proven.
- The operator identity (Sohadot) and a contact channel (`agent@sohadot.com`) are now public; an independent second reviewer remains not appointed and is mandatory only on the triggers in the Independence and Sponsorship Policy.
- Human/JSON dossier parity is now automated (`scripts/check-parity.mjs`); it guards decision and evidence identifiers across the published dossiers, trails, and timelines against the canonical registry.
- No API, accounts, alerts, telemetry, paid product, or sponsorship surface exists.
