KMLM’s reviewed sources do not determine signal lookback horizon. DBMF’s reviewed sources do not establish index-tracking status.
Archival continuity
Cryptographic hashes identify reviewed bytes, but some preservation locations remain restricted or unavailable. A hash is not itself a retrieval location.

Current decisions use a disclosed solo-operator workflow without an independent second reviewer.
